It's that time again. When that central Texas heat finally makes all those Dallas/Cali/anywhere north of here transplants realize that moving here has a price, and there ain't no changing it by throwing money at city council. And by the way, it's called Town Lake not Lady Bird Lake you fucks. But I digress...
